    Ginger Lemon Honey Tea – A warming health tonic

    Add into Blender*:
    Piece of fresh ginger (the size of your thumb)
    Heaping tablespoon unfiltered raw honey
    Juice of 1 lemon
    4 cups water
    Optional: Add a serving of Infinity C for a powerful immunity boost
    * or you can just chop or grate the ginger and stir all the ingredients.

    Blend, strain, heat, serve. Serves 3. Enjoy!

  • Raw Cream of Beet Soup

    Raw Cream of Beet Soup
    Add to Vitamix:
    1 fist size beet, peeled and cut into quarters
    1 tomato
    1/4 ripe avocado
    Juice of half lemon
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
    Sprinkle of cayenne pepper or to taste
    Optional: Add one heaping scoop of Infinity Greens for a burst of antioxidants and nutrient-dense superfoods!
    Blend until creamy smooth. You may add a little water or another tomato to get desired consistency. This is super easy; everything goes in to the blender and hit go! This soup tastes absolutely amazing and is wonderfully cleansing for the body. Serves 2

  • Raw Spaghetti and Marinara

    Equipment needed: Vita-Prep Blender, Cuisinart® food processor
    Ingredients: Zucchini, tomato, sun-dried tomato, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, olive oil, dry basil, oregano, thyme

    1) Soak 1 cup sun dried tomatoes in 2 cups water for at least a few hours prior to cooking
    2) To make the spaghetti noodles for 2 servings: use shredder blade (the blade with the little holes in it), run three zucchinis
    through the food processor. This will produce noodle/spaghetti like pieces. Place in metal pot with pure water and add 1 teaspoon sea salt. Heat pot to warm temperature; approx. 105 degrees (you can just test temp. with hand) . . . this softens the zucchini but allows it to remain raw and enzymatically rich.
    4) For marinara, place ingredients in food processor (use blender if you prefer sauce to smoother):

    1 tomato cut in quarters
    1 red onion cut in quarters
    1 red bell pepper cut into quarters (seeds removed)
    1 round teaspoon diced fresh ginger
    1 cup soaked sun-dried tomatoes
    1 cup soak water from sundried tomatoes
    2/3 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tablespoon dry basil
    1 tablespoon dry oregano
    1 tablespoon dry thyme
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    Optional: For a powerful protein boost, add a serving of Infinity Protein!

    Pulse until desired consistency, adding additional water as needed.
    5) Strain zucchini pasta well. Press pasta into strainer to remove remaining water.
    6) Pour sauce over zucchini pasta and garnish with sun-dried olives and avocado slices.
    Dang this is good!!!!

    Best Guacamole!!!
    Select avocado of perfect ripeness and scoop into bowl.
    Add juice of one lemon and sprinkle of sea salt . . . and maybe a little cayenne!
    Mash together with a fork.
    Optional: Add 1 serving of Infinity Protein for an added protein boost.
    Serve with flax seed crackers or celery or cucumber slices.
    So easy, so good.

  • Curried Kale Soup

    This one is super simple and it always satisfies!

    Curried Kale Soup

    Blend in blender:

    3 tomatoes and 2 cloves garlic
    Add to pot with:
    1 cubed sweet potato
    1 head broccoli, chopped
    3 green kale leaves finely chopped (first remove stems)
    1 round tablespoon Indian curry powder
    1 round tablespoon cold-pressed coconut oil
    1 slightly round teaspoon Celtic sea salt or salt to taste
    Optional: Add a serving of Infinity C for a quick immune booster
    Water, desired amount . . . you can add more later if needed.
    Cook at low boil for 10 minutes Add juice of 1 lemon. Scoop 1.5 cups of soup into blender and blend until smooth
    *Important! Hold dish towel over top of lid on blender. The steam from
    soup can potentially pop the lid off when you hit blend. Also helps to
    start on low speed.
    Add blended soup back to pot and stir. Add water if needed.
    Serves 2.

  • Raw Non-Bean Burrito

    This is one of my new favorite recipes: you’ve gotta give this one a try!

    YOU WILL LOVE THIS!!! You will find that the taste, consistency, and texture closely replicate that of the ultimate Bean and Cheese Burrito. Not only does it taste far better, it leaves you feeling energized, vibrant, healthy, light, and deeply satisfied! You can also slice the chard leaves to a smaller size to make miniature burritos that are the perfect finger food for catering a party . . . not to mention that you will dazzle your friends.

    Raw Non-Bean Burrito
    Equipment needed: Food-processor
    Foods: raw walnuts, olive oil, sea salt, cumin, lemon juice, chili powder, avocado, cucumber, chard leaves, tomato, sprouts
    1) Soak 1 cup raw walnuts in pure water for at least 8 hours or overnight
    2) Drain walnuts and place in food processor
    3) Add: 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 round teaspoon chili powder, and juice of one lemon. For an additional burst of protein, add a serving of Infinity Protein!
    4) Blend until consistency is like that of refried beans. Note: you will need to stop the food processor and scrape the sides with a spatula and blend again to get the consistency smooth.and you may to add just a little water to keep things moving.
    5) Slice tomato, cucumber, and avocado into thin slices, approx. 1/4″ thick
    6) Smear “non-refried-bean-like-walnut-yumminess” along middle vein of Chard Leaf. You will find that the chard leaf is circular in shape much like a flour tortilla. Stack tomato, cucumber, avocado, and spouts as you desire over the non-Beans. You may add any veggie you like. This one is fabulous and is a good place to start. You can also add extra sea salt to taste or a sprinkle of cayenne for extra spiciness.
    7) Roll it up.
    8) Enjoy! Serves 3.

  • Raw Thai Coconut Curry Soup

    This one is delicious! Many raw vegetables can be tough for the body to digest because of the tough and course nature of cell walls in plants. And one of my favorite strategies is to puree raw vegetables into dip, sauces and soups. That way it makes them easy to digest and very palatable and also maintains that nutrient/enzyme rich quality.

    Raw Thai Coconut Curry Soup

    Blend in Blender:
    1 Thai coconut (1 cup water and all of meat scooped out from coconut)
    you can also use a can of coconut milk . . . it’s still a very nourishing fat.
    2 leaves collard greens
    Juice from half lemon
    Sea salt to taste
    Round teaspoon Thai curry paste
    Round teaspoon miso
    Optional: Add a serving of Infinity Greens for a boost of antioxidants and nutrients!

    Warm and serve.

    1 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup lemon juice

    Apply liberally over mix of organic baby greens, sliced avocado and tomato, sprouts, and sundried olives . . . or use in a Veggie Wrap. Marinate your favorite leafy greens with olive oil and lemon juice. Or use your new tangy ginger dressing recipe. Sprinkle a little sea salt and cayenne pepper. Roll in sprouted Ezekiel tortilla with sliced avocado and grated carrot. This is awesome

    1 cup carrot juice
    1 tablespoon dill
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1/2 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon dry chives
    1/2 tablespoon sea salt
    Add extra water for desired consistency, or a serving of Infinity Protein for a powerful protein boost. This is incredibly refreshing on a summer day!

    Equipment Needed: Cuisinart Food Processor, Vitamix Blender Ingredients:Purple Cabbage, Carrot, Red Onion, Celery Seed, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Dry Thyme, Sea Salt

    Using shredder blade in food processor:
    Add 1 head purple cabbage
    Add 2 carrots
    Add 1 red onion
    Blend in the Vitamix:
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1/5 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon celery seed
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
    And for a quick immune booster, add a serving of Infinity C!
    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and enjoy!

  • Chillied Red Quinoa with Spinach Salsa Dressing

    Chillied Red Quinoa with Spinach Salsa Dressing



    Red Quinoa (regular quinoa is fine also)
    1/2 pound spinach
    Shelled edemame
    Chili powder blend
    Coconut oil
    3 lemons
    Celtic sea salt
    Olive oil
    1 jalapeno pepper
    Bunch of cilantro
    2 juicy Roma tomatoes
    Add into pot:
    1 cup red quinoa
    3 cups water
    Best if you do this first step earlier in the day . . . then it can just sit at room temperature, and the Quinoa partially sprouts and becomes more protein available, and it cooks faster.
    1/2 cup shelled edemame
    Cook covered at low boil for 10-12 minutes are until water is nearly absorbed. Do not stir. Sprinkle into pot heaping tablespoon chili powder blend, teaspoon sea salt, round tablespoon coconut oil. Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Squeeze half of lemon into pot, give it a stir and turn of heat.

    Add into Blender:
    1/2 pound spinach
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Juice of 3 lemons
    Slightly round teaspoon Celtic sea salt
    2 tomatoes (squeeze some of the juice out first and salsa will be thicker)
    1/2 onion
    1 jalapeno pepper with seeds removed (otherwise will be too spicy!)
    1/4 cup cilantro leaves
    And, for an antioxidant and superfood boost, add one serving of Infinity Greens!
    Blend until smooth. This is also a great dip!
    Serve quinoa and drizzle desired amount of green salsa over top.
    This could be your new favorite dish. Serves 3.

    This is amazing as a dressing, dip or topping for any cooked whole grain. This is wonderfully easy and requires no chopping – just everything in the blender and hit go! Please try it . . . it tastes more amazing than you would ever imagine.

    Raw Kale Pesto
    Blend in blender:
    Full bunch of fresh kale, stems removed
    1 tomato
    Juice of 3 lemons
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
    Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
    Optional: fresh basil
    Serve over warm cooked quinoa.
    Quinoa for 2: add 1 cup quinoa, 3 cups water. Low boil until water absorbed.

    For a powerful protein boost, add one serving of Infinity Protein into the blender!

    Classic Oatmeal – A timeless favorite!
    Add into pot: 1 cup rolled oats, 2 cups water, sprinkle Celtic sea salt.
    Cook at low boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not stir, or it will stick.
    Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 1 round tablespoon coconut oil
    Sprinkle of cinnamon
    Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir, serve, and then sprinkle Billy’s Sprouted Almonds on top.

    2 critical diet factors for weight loss – The straight up facts

    Dear Health Enthusiast,

    The following two factors can have tremendous impact on seriously dropping some pounds. You ready?

    1. You’ve got to have the right veggies (and moderate amounts of fruit, but not too much)!Adequate consumption of these foods has fallen short in the average diet. Instead a large percentage of the modern diet is starchy, sugary and processed foods (even foods that we may not think of as processed) like breads, pastas, potatoes, crackers, chips, corn, snack foods, sugar drinks (even fruit drinks), etc. These foods are devoid of any significant nutrients, thus not giving the body of it really needs . . . vitamins, minerals, and enzymes! Nutrients are what our bodies are starving for, and there is no replacement for the optimum source, the right plant foods!

      The recent trends in obesity and other health problems are due primarily to overeating. A diet of processed and starchy foods does not deliver what the body needs, so the appetite remains unsatisfied. When we have more nutrient rich foods, our bodies know it! It’s those nutrient-rich foods that satisfy!

      Here’s an experiment. When hungry, eat several large leaves of green kale (a super nutrient dense food). This is only an experiment, so don’t despair . . . I’ve included awesomely delicious recipes below. So again, eat that kale and notice how your appetite is greatly reduced even though this is a nominal amount of calories. Your body knows that it is getting exceptional health creating sustenance and then responds by reducing your appetite to instinctively protect you from overeating. Now, for the second part of the experiment: Have a plate of pasta with marinara sauce (a processed, starchy and nutrient depleted food). Notice that despite feeling full, you’re still craving something and maybe even feeling a bit tired. Generally it is a sugary dessert that follows . . . another nutrient depleted food.

      What about Dieting? It sort of works for a while, however this technique falls short in achieving better overall health because it is basically restraining a diet that is already nutrient deficient. The short-term goal of weight loss may be achieved, but this is only a temporary solution simply because the body’s metabolism slows down to accommodate less available fuel. When regular eating continues the weight comes back due to a slowed metabolism . . . and sometimes with a vengeance.

      And Multivitamins? “What if I don’t have time to prepare healthy food?” or “What if I’m not crazy about my vegetables, can I take a multivitamin instead?” Thing is, the human body has evolved over many thousands of years sustained all along with foods from the earth. Only in recent years have we seen a departure from this vital relationship. Multivitamins are synthetically processed! Best-case scenario, the body only absorbs a few percent of these fake nutrients. Furthermore, various minerals in such a concentrated form can put a toxic load on the kidneys.

      Fill gaps in your diet with Superfoods! These are the real “multivitamins”. Examples: Blue-Green Algae, Seaweed, Herbs (Nettles, Horsetail, Basil) super-high-antioxidant fruits (goji, mangosteen, acerola, amla berry, blue-berries, camu camu), etc. These are foods that have exceptional loads of nutrients beyond the more common fruits and veggies. Other more well known foods that would also qualify as superfoods are kale, arugula, collard & mustard greens, parsley, pomegranate . . . to mention a few. (I’ve included more of these foods below in my recipes)

      The win-win solution to any diet – be it weight loss, increased energy, or healing – is to add the natural & nutrient dense foods to your diet . . . eat and drink your organic veggies and superfoods! There is no substitute for these natural goodies.

    2. The Right Fats are essential (Not low fat – No!)
      First of all, fats in your diet are essential for health. It is vital for many of the body’s functions. Fat is needed for the body to absorb vitamins and minerals referred to as fat-soluble nutrients. Fats are also needed for healthy joints and connective tissues. And consider that the human brain is 80% fat; this alone makes proper fats in the diet critical. Finally, fat is needed for fueling the body just like carbs . . . both are fuel!Don’t be bamboozled to go “low fat”! Here is a crucial reality check: when the low-fat diets began 20 years ago, Americans got fatter! Here’s why: Fats satiate and curb the appetite to prevent overeating (similar to nutrients). Consider this . . . we all know how we can sit down with a bag of potato bags and polish the whole thing. Same with corn chips, crackers, popcorn, bread, pasta, and other starchy products. Notice that these are mostly low fat foods. We can easily over-do these starchy foods that do not satisfy. And what does your body do with these starch calories that burn up right away? It’s stored as fat to be used as energy later – doh! This is also why calorie counting has become such a fad; gotta control that appetite somehow, especially if you’re not giving your body those fats that truly satisfy. So fuel up with fats (we will talk about the good fats below).

      This can be a confusing subject because fats have also been named the “culprit” of obesity and other diseases. This can be true, but here’s the thing: it’s really a matter of not understanding healthy versus unhealthy fats that is the true problem. First, here’s why we went “low fat” in the first place; at the common grocery store, it is aisle after aisle of packaged foods that have somewhere in the ingredients hydrogenated, rancid, or cooked vegetable oils. As a general rule, these cooked and unhealthy fats are one of the primary causes of putting the pounds on. Why? Fats break down under high temperatures. Law of nature – when fats are heated/cooked (i.e. oils, nuts, seeds, meats, etc.), free radicals are produced that when consumed, suppress the thyroid. You zap your thyroid and you zap your metabolism. Not good.

      In a nutshell the right fats = Raw fats! This is good news! It is simply a matter of upgrading to raw fats. This throws the low fat theory out the window! Let’s take it to a whole new level and make the majority of the fats in our diet raw – i.e. cold-pressed oils, raw nuts and seeds preferably sprouted), avocados, etc. And if you have fish and meats in your diet, at least try to stick with the low fat versions and keep away from pork and beef products, especially ground products.

      More good news! there are some exceptions to the cooking with oils rule. It’s those saturated fats! I know this may raise some eyebrows, but coconut oil and butter (or clarified butter) are the two exceptions to the heating rule. These oils are far more heat stable than all others making them the best choice for any cooking. Anytime you are baking, frying, sauteing be sure to you use the heat stable oils! *However, something to be mindful of – while these particular saturated fats are not fattening, they can potentially raise cholesterol levels . . . definitely something to be mindful of, especially in those later years. But most of us should have em’ in our pantry!

      To sum up fats: Most of us would do well to eat as many of these healthy fats as we crave – again, unless cholesterol levels or some other health situation are an issue. However, some fats are the key element to reducing cholesterol (i.e. fish and flax seed oils – the omega-3s). So for goodness sake, try to have more of these raw fats! You will enjoy the benefits of now easily curbing your appetite and not completely over-do it with starchy foods. As far as the balance of fat, carbs, and protein, you gotta feel it out . . . your needs are unique! But most of us would do far better on less starchy foods and more healthy fats.

    Your diet is a powerful avenue for quality of life enhancement. More of these healthy foods in the diet will displace some of the less healthy choices. And because we will “feel” a difference, our tastes tend to gravitate toward healthier options. Lastly, these 2 keys to your diet not only help you lose weight . . . they also improve your overall health, increase your longevity, and activate your vitality! This is a crucial factor for getting off the couch and exercising again like you’re 20! That is the 3rd factor, and your diet is where to begin!

    Here are a couple easy recipes to do right away!

    The Perfect Breakfast Smoothie – It’s all about how you start
    your day!

    Into the Blender:
    1/2 of a sliced pear
    2 – 3 strawberries
    1 handful ice cubes
    4 oz. pure water
    1 tablespoon flax seed oil
    1/2 banana or 1 tsp. honey (a stevia packet is great alternative for a low sugar smoothie)
    2 heaping teaspoons of Infinity Greens
    1 round tablespoon Infinity Protein
    Optional until the cold season: 1 round teaspoon Infinity-C
    Blend & Enjoy!

    The Ultimate Salad – takes just 5 minutes

    • A couple handfuls of arugula into the bowl, a few leaves of basil, and a handful of sunflower sprouts. I prefer to crush them up a little bit with my fingers. This makes it tender.
    • Sliced avocado, cucumber, pickle, a few sun-cured olives and handful of raw sauerkraut
    • A sprinkle of Billy’s Sprouted Almonds (for healthy fats with a crunch), crushed up flax cracker, dulse flakes, Celtic sea salt and cayenne.
    • Pour on the olive oil and juice of one lemon – add a dash of balsamic vinegar

    Give it a little stir and voila!
    Optional: Add some sliced wild salmon if you feel you need it.

Like me, by morning you have probably not eaten any food for 12 hours or more, and it is ideal for most body types to have at least something shortly after getting up.     What is the healthiest drinking water? Hi! I have some outstanding news! Drinking water can have tremendous impact on your health! Yup, it’s true – verifiable information!

    All right, so you knew that already. But, water truly is one of the pillars of life and health! Over the years I have just really come to appreciate good drinking water. Water has always been a very interesting science to me. And as soon as I became focused on natural health, I was very intrigued by what would qualify as healthy drinking water. After doing some information surfing and talking to other health experts years ago I went with a reverse osmosis filter. You have probably heard of those. I felt this was the way to go for filtration to optimize purity. So I’ve been using this kind of filter at home for the last 15 years. So yeah, here’s the thing . . . I just had a major breakthrough with my understanding about water. As it turns out, there are a couple more very important factors other than purity to make drinking water as healthy as possible. And from personal experience through trial and error it makes a big difference to drink this kind of water!

    I’m excited to share this information with you!

    I began to wonder about the filtered water that I was drinking a few years ago. I drank a few liters a day so I felt I was having enough, but I still always felt kind of thirsty. I just wasn’t feeling deeply hydrated. And feeling this way initiated the whole process of looking further into water. Here’s what I found. You ready? Fresh spring water is the best – the vastly superior, actually. Only problem is that truly “fresh” water right out of a mountain spring is not super available for most of us. So I am going to give you the “Plan B” for still getting your hands on some good water. But first let me back up a moment and talk about what makes “fresh” spring water so good for you. And yes, first, it has to be “fresh” to be truly the best. Here’s the thing. In rivers, streams, and springs water is rushing and churning over rocks. When water is rushing and churning over rocks, something happens. And here is the piece of information that has taken my appreciation of water to a new level, and I’m super excited to share it with you!

    Water Molecules bond together to form hexagons called ions. That’s it! It’s a simple piece of information, but I am so excited to talk about it!

    Again, as water is tumbling over or through the earth’s rock it forms bonded molecules into hexagons called ions. Of course these ions can not been be seen with the eye. They are essentially liquid crystals that can not be seen – until it snows! Yup, snowflakes are hexagons. Pretty cool, yeah? The water evaporates into the atmosphere it is freezing and becoming a marvelous work of art! Amazing. Well, OK . . . I was talking about health. Right! Yes, this water is super healthy! Here’s why.

    As this water tumbling over rock out in nature happens, it draws minerals from the rock. These minerals in the water can be good for us. But these minerals are also serving another purpose. They help secure the bond between the water molecules! Without the minerals in the water these ions would be a weak bond and would likely come apart in a few hours once taken from the water source. And it is these secured ions that are so healthy from the “fresh” water. So what are these water ions good for? They have a negative electrical charge! Yup, that’s why ions would come apart with out the minerals holding them in place. This negative electrical charge in the water makes a very important thing happen . . . the water is better absorbed by the body. Cells in the body that need hydration tend to have a positive electrical charge and guess what happens when a water molecule that has a negative charge is taken internally. Yup, every cell is more likely to absorb water molecules that have those opposite charges. Brilliant! I love how mother-nature works with the body! Only drag of course is this – We don’t have these springs in our back yard . . . well, most of us.

    So is just regular bottled spring water is the solution?

    Hmmm, it would seem practical. But the thing is this – The ion bond is only temporary and once the water is removed from its natural environment that gives it the charge, the ions do break apart over time. How long? I don’t really know. I’ve heard 3 months, but I’m not an expert on that one. However by the time the water makes it from the source to the consumer, my instinct says that it would definitely not have the same ion charged life-force as fresh spring water! Also it’s worth mentioning that most spring water products are in plastic, and that is not the healthiest – for us or the planet (also, the carbon footprint of shipping water all over the world). So, back to what’s best: Spring water. And again, it’s not super available for many of us – especially in urban environments.

    So . . . 2nd best option?

    A water filtration and ionizing system. Yup, they’re out there. As I mentioned, the Reverse Osmosis filtering systems definitely clean the water. But again, filtration and purifying the water is just half of it. The other half is charging-up/ionizing the water. There are all-in-one water filters that actually do the ionization as well. I still prefer using the RO filters since the all-in-one filters are tested to not filter/clean as thoroughly as RO filters.

    Here is the system I currently use for my water.

    I use an RO filter that I rent from a local plumbing company for $35/month, which includes maintenance and filters. I think it’s a totally sweet deal and if you’re in the SoCal area, then check em out – Raynewater.com So again, the RO filtration is half of it. The other half is the ionization. I shopped around a while for this. I feel The Vitalizer Plus is a brilliant choice. It looks like a blender and it basically works by spinning the water. There is a “mineral basket” in the pitcher and while the water is whirlpooling around it is essentially simulating what is happening out in nature. The water rushing through the “mineral basket” is comparable to water rushing over rocks. And guess what happens? Nature magick! Yup. It creates those marvelous negative ions. And some of the minerals are extracted from the basket to “hold” the ion structured water – like water extracting minerals from rocks out in nature.

    Quick pause – I found in my searching for this information that there is quite a bit of controversy. Most of it was between the different brands of filter and ionizer systems. As far as how much this water would have an impact on your health is very individual. I feel that some of us will likely feel no difference. Maybe you are already feeling super health and high energy. Thing is. I feel relatively healthy, but I definitely felt a dramatic difference when I began drinking this water consistently. The Vitalizer Plus company does have a guarantee, so you could return it if you’re not impressed with it. Some of the other filter/ionizer systems I was investigating have a similar return deal. So it would never hurt to give it a go.

    As far as how the all-in-one filter/ionizer systems compare to the RO filter and Vitalizer Plus combination . . .

    The all-in-one units

    Pros: They are efficient and easy to use. Some can even go underneath the sink and have a 2nd faucet installed (just like RO filter systems).

    Cons: The filtration is less thorough than RO. They tend to be between two and four thousand. Not cheap. If you go that route the Kangen, Tyen and Life brands seem to be the best. Last note is that they create the ionization via electrical current through the water. I think it’s fine, but electrical current is not how ions occur in nature. It’s the water tumbling over and through rock. Still I think these ionizing filters are good.

    RO Filter System with Vitalizer Plus

    Pros: Very cost effective RO system you can rent or purchase for a few hundred; the Vitalizer pluses cost around $500. Quick note: I’ve gotten to know Ken, the owner of Vitalizerplus.net, and my instinct is that he is charging a very fair price. I also like that it is utilizing basic technology and simulating what is happening out in nature.

    Cons: RO filters are reputed for wasting a lot of water. There are a variety of good RO filters that are more modern and waste less. You won’t have your ionized water right out of the tap. You will fill your pitcher and then it takes at least 9 minutes to ionize.

    Final Considerations

    While there may not be a spring in the back yard, there may be a marvelous spring in your neighborhood or town. Heads up of course that not all spring water is perfect. There are springs which have a mineral imbalance that is not so ideal, and then of course there is unfortunately contamination. Still I feel this deserves a little investigation to see if you have a great spring for drinking water nearby. I suggest checking out Daniel Vitalis’ website.     There is also just the possibility that your tap water is quite good – depending on where you live, of course. When I’m visiting my family in Montana, the tap water always tastes very good. And the city water is fed by local springs. For many of us, the RO filter and Vitalizer plus combination is probably the best way to go for simplicity, health and price.

    Just a few more healthy hydration tips

    • At the very least get a water filter.
    • Bottled water is just a very temporary solution when you’re on the go.
    • Use glass for your water bottles – Stainless Steel is 2nd place, plastic last.
    • Use this ionized water for smoothies and superfoods! I absolutely noticed feeling more energy from my formulas when using this good water!
    • Best to drink water on an empty stomach. The most important hydration is first thing in the morning!
    • Yo, put a simple carbon filter on your shower! Water good. Chlorine bad! You can get these simple/cheap filters at any natural food store (or a whole house conditioner – ask a plumber).

    I wish you the best as you work out the perfect healthy hydration for yourself! It’s something to marvel at for a moment . . . just how much good water can impact our health. Gotta love it! Something so abundant, yet so good! What an easy way to make a huge impact on your health. Yay for healthy hydration . . . healing for every organ, action, and function of the body! Simply put, it’s getting the good stuff in and the bad stuff out – not to mention all the other many amazing feats of water (oceans, rives, waterfalls, lakes, ice, snow, etc.)!
